YOUR TASKS
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated 3D production team
- Building, developing and motivating the team in Hanoi
- Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processes
- Organizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquarters
- Actively contributing to the further development of our company
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in photorealistic 3D visualizations of products (focus on furniture)
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender and/or 3DsMax, Vray
- Initial leadership experience is a plus
- Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
- High social and communication skills
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- Flexibility and reliability
- Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Fluent English (business level)
